Ground School
Learning the theoretical component of aviation is an important part of your flight training. Hayward Flight is proud to offer an interactive, immersive, and fun Private Pilot Ground School. Our course is taught in-person, giving you the proper preparation.
This course goes beyond the basics, and you will walk away with a deeper understanding of aviation concepts, well prepared for the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Test, which is required for anyone working towards a pilot license.
The course lasts 4 weeks. Classes are on Tuesday 6:00 to 8:30 PM, Friday 6:00 to 8:30 PM, and Saturday 8:30 to 11:00 AM. In addition to the lectures, we have workshops and field trips to let students see the application of their learning. The entire course costs only $750.
